Designed backwards, from the finished tooth to the fixture.
Single tooth to full arch. The crown is designed before the implant is placed, which is why the result looks like a tooth rather than a compromise.

Planning
A CBCT scan and an intraoral scan are merged so the position of the fixture is decided by where the crown needs to sit, not by where the bone is easiest. A surgical guide is printed from that plan.
The timeline
Placement takes about an hour. Integration takes three to four months, during which you wear a temporary — fixed if the site allows, removable if it doesn't. The final crown is fitted after that.
What can go wrong, honestly
Implants fail in roughly two to five percent of cases, more in smokers and in uncontrolled diabetes. We will quantify your own risk at the consultation rather than quote the industry's best number. Our fixtures carry a ten-year guarantee; if one fails in that window we replace it.
One tooth, in the hardest position to get right.
One real case, start to finish, including the part where the plan changed.

Why the front is different
A molar implant has to chew. A front implant has to disappear. The margin for error is the gum line, and it is measured in fractions of a millimetre — which is why the crown was designed before the fixture was ordered.
Extraction and graft, same appointment
The failing tooth came out atraumatically and the socket was grafted in the same visit to hold the ridge shape. Skipping that step is the usual reason a front implant ends up looking longer than its neighbour.
The waiting part
Four months in a fixed temporary while the fixture integrated. The temporary was shaped to train the gum into the contour the final crown needed, so the tissue was ready before the porcelain arrived.

The ones people actually ask.
Less than most extractions. Local anaesthetic during, ibuprofen for a day or two after.
The fixture is designed to be permanent and ours are guaranteed ten years. The crown on top is a wearing part — expect fifteen to twenty years.
Grafting solves most cases. The scan tells us at the consultation, not on the day.
Bring the question you were too embarrassed to ask the last dentist.
Consultations run forty minutes and end with a written plan, whether or not you book treatment.
