Extractions and bone work, handled in the building.
Wisdom teeth, difficult extractions, grafting and pre-implant preparation. Sedation options are discussed at the consultation, not sprung on you in the chair.

Before the day
Every surgical case starts with a CBCT scan so we know exactly where the nerve is, how the roots are shaped and whether the case belongs here or with a hospital team. We refer roughly one case in twelve onwards. Knowing which is which is most of the job.
Sedation
Three options: local anaesthetic alone, oral sedation, or IV sedation with an anaesthetist present. Cost and recovery time differ, so we price all three at the consultation and you choose. Most single extractions genuinely do not need more than local.
Recovery
You leave with written aftercare, our direct number and a review appointment already booked. Swelling peaks at 48 hours and then falls away. If anything looks wrong before then, call — we would far rather see you.
Published, and honoured.
These are our standard fees. Your written plan gives an exact figure after the examination, and it does not change afterwards.

The ones people actually ask.
Plan on the rest of the day for a simple extraction and two days for surgical wisdom teeth. Physical jobs, give it three.
IV sedation is available with an anaesthetist. You are not unconscious, but you will remember very little of it.
Around one in twenty lower extractions. Smoking raises it sharply. If it happens, we treat it the same day at no charge.
Bring the question you were too embarrassed to ask the last dentist.
Consultations run forty minutes and end with a written plan, whether or not you book treatment.
